This programme is unique as the primary aim of our “LIVE WELL PROGRAMME” is to “catch the young”…i.e. to inculcate healthy lifestyle (nutrition/physical activity/avoid substance abuse) in the youngsters so as to prevent the occurrence of various health problems later in their lives and the programme provides the medical perspective of the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle and was not just any other fitness promotion programme or wellness programme focussing on gyming or body building. The youngsters are made aware of the far-reaching health problems associated with the “Junk food Culture” prevalent these days. To provide them with the technical/medical facts associated with these unhealthy habits is the prime aim of our “LIVE WELL” programmes.
